I recently stayed at a wonderful 4-star hotel near a major train station. The location was perfect as it was just a short walk away, making it easy for me to explore the city. The staff at this place were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my check-in and check-out process was hassle-free. The room itself was spacious and impeccably clean, exceeding my expectations. From the free Wi-Fi to the comfortable bed, this hotel truly offered enhanced comfort and quality services. Additionally, there were several convenient stores nearby, making it incredibly convenient for any last-minute needs.
I had a fantastic experience at this venue and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

It was close to the station and very clean/comfortable for the price. Staff was professional and friendly.
The internet room was down for the whole day. Also, when asked about suburban/residential areas in Osaka they seemed to have no clue.

Good service, nice staff, clean basic room with refrigerator and hot pot.
It was very difficult to find. I had to ask many times along the way.

The breakfast selection was good, and there were plenty of vending machines around the hotel. The location was very convenient, being close to a train station that easily connected to other cities. , the rooms had all the basic requirements such as a TV and a mini-fridge.
We had a terrible experience at this hotel during our New Year's stay. The cleanliness standards were low, and the room had a foul odor that made it hard to breathe.

The hotel's location near Shin-Osaka station is fantastic- easy access to other cities and the airport. The recently renovated rooms are spacious and luxurious, equipped with all necessary amenities. The English-speaking staff are friendly and quick with check-in/out. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options.
Absolutely nothing.

Staying in a japanese room! I just love the tatami mats, the sliding doors and simple elegant japanese design. Also I like the japanese bathing facilities. Everything was nice and clean and the staff was friendly.
Not all of the lobby staff spoke english, but some surely did, so it is a minor thing I would say.

This hotel is conveniently located near the train station, just a short walk away. the surrounding area has plenty of food options and the room comes equipped with a fridge, teapot and a free bottle of water. the staff is friendly, even though their English is limited.
The bathroom can be quite tiny, making it hard to take a comfortable bath.

We stayed in a Japanese style room, it was in August (so really hot outside), the room was really cool and the futons very comfortable. The location is very good, 5 minutes from the station. The hotel is not very new but it was clean and spacious.
I have to say the smell of the tatami (I supposed it was the tatami) was quite strong but you get used to it.

The staff were absolutely brilliant and able to answer all our questions, as well as anticipate any needs we might have had. We were travelling with a baby so this was great. We loved the location as we had Japan Rail passes and travelled from Shin-Osaka to Hiroshima, Himeji and Kyoto during our stay.
The hallway on our floor smelt strongly of smoke - it would be great to have a dedicated non-smoking floor especially if you have other visitors like us who come from a country where smoking is almost prohibited everywhere. But, if your market is mostly business people who like to smoke, then I guess it wouldn't be a big deal.
